Are you a healthy adult? In this clinical trial, researchers are trying to improve the quality of heart CT scans by using new methods to create the images. Researchers will take normal CT images of the heart and compare those images to super high-resolution images made with a super-computer. Healthy adults aged 18 years or older may be able to participate. The study is taking place at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Are you an adult with primary light chain amyloidosis? Researchers in this study are investigating new ways to look at the heart to identify when it is not working properly. You may be able to participate if you are at least 18 years old and have been diagnosed with primary light chain amyloidosis. This study is taking place in Boston, Massachusetts.

The primary purpose of the Research Database is to have a comprehensive source of observational data that can be used to study HSC transplantation and cellular therapies. A secondary purpose of the Research Database is to have a comprehensive source of data to study marrow toxic injuries.
