This study assesses cardiovascular injury and cardiac fitness in patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) receiving model based personalized chemoradiation. The goal of this study is to learn more about the risk of developing heart disease as a result of chemoradiation treatment for lung cancer. Researchers also want to learn if the risk can be reduced by using a patient's individual risk profile to guide cancer treatment and help protect the heart.

Do you or your child have Friedrich's Ataxia? This study is looking into a supplement in the form of vitamin B3 plus exercise can help the body better use oxygen for people with Friedrich’s Ataxia. You must be 10 to 40 years old to join. Participants may be asked to take the daily supplement, exercise, or do both during the study. The study is taking place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Are you at least 13 weeks pregnant? This study looks at how being less active for most of the day, like sitting a lot and sleeping, affects pregnancy and the mother’s heart health over time. Participants must be 18 to 45 years old and pregnant. They will also wear devices that track their movement and activity. The study is taking place in locations in Iowa, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

This study will leverage state-of-the-art, 24-hour behavior assessment in each trimester of pregnancy and examine associations with adverse pregnancy outcomes to inform guidelines and future interventions designed to improve women's pregnancy and long-term cardiovascular health.
